Ten ways to improve quality in production
1. Re-check the products purchased in accordance with the purchasing process internally without leaving it to the vendor's discretion.
2. With the principle of stock control and first come first served, the waiting time of stock products in the warehouse should not be extended. It does not matter whether this product is food, clothing or construction material.
3. Visual quality control should be provided by the warehouse manager during the waiting period.
4. It is necessary to pay attention that the quality of the product does not deteriorate and is not exposed to a physical defect during the shipment phase from the warehouse to production.
5. In the application phase, we should make sure that the structure of each product is not degraded by physical and chemical reaction and subject it to a test within ourselves.
In the 6th stage, physical control of partially finished products should be ensured.
7. In order to ensure that our employees, to whom we entrust the quality system, do not leave the product quality follow-up and sustainable quality understanding, they should be regularly supervised by the production manager and should not be left on their own.
At the 8th stage, weekly reporting and monthly premium payment tally table should be kept for product quality continuity.
Stage 9: The sales manager should check the production process map and all stages again before offering the product for sale.
10. And the last stage is the quality officer's complete control of the product and the filing of quality documents and finally the document reporting should be delivered to the purchasing officer and all stages should be presented as a report to the general manager by holding a monthly evaluation meeting together.
